Guizhou Chengqian enterprise (group) Co., Ltd (Chengdu Army Logistic Department, Guiyang Enterprise Bureau before) has 11 subsidiaries, 2 proprietary enterprises and 2 member enterprises. The company has been mainly engaging for real estate, constructional materials, mining, railway transportation, domestic and overseas trade, petroleum, dry gas, engineering construction, vehicle repairing and machining. It has the right to import and export of the second and third kind of products authorized by Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation of China.
When the company was under the management of the army, it was in May 1991 honored with the title of ‘Model Enterprise in the Whose Army’. After it was separated from the army, the company sticks to the principle of ‘there is something we should do and must not do and optimizes development by the strategy of ‘expanding the market’ with reform as its motive force, restructuring as its main clue, market as its direction and people as its orientation, the company aims to realize scale-economy and reinforce its comprehensive strengths by concentrating manpower, financial power and material resources on its leading products. |
